Responsible for leading Talent Acquisition efforts, including developing, executing and coordinating the staffing strategy, implementing staffing solutions, and refining processes and metrics to support the organization in achieving business objectives. This role will work directly with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to establish staffing and business targets with progressive programs to support each area. The Manager, Talent Acquisition will have full-cycle management responsibilities for a team of recruiting professionals.

Essential Functions

Lead, develop and inspire high performance from a team of recruiting professionals comprised of remote Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators and contract recruiters as required.

Continuously assess Talent Acquisition process and strategies to ensure optimum return on investment from a cost basis while providing a superior quality of hire.

Build a right touch candidate strategy that is simple and efficient that supports internal mobility and overall candidate experience.

Identify, track, and achieve recruitment measures and metrics to show success on overall business actions and goals.

Support Business Leaders and HR Business Partners by implementing a talent solution that meets their overall people goals.

Advise and guide recruiters on implementation of sourcing strategies to attract quality diverse candidates that reflect the unique position requirements

Qualifications

Minimum Required

5+ years of recruitment experience.

3+ years managing a recruitment function.

Experience with leading teams of 4+ direct reports, remote direct report experience preferred.

Minimum 3 years proven ability to develop and grow subordinates.

Must have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System.

Outstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high-level of personal integrity.

Ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations.

Ability to work independently, but a strong effective team player; commitment to results; solutions oriented; superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to present, train, influence, and negotiate.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education

Minimum Required

High School Diploma

Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related field preferred or 5 years of recruiting including 3+ managing a recruiting function.

PHR/SPHR certification preferred
