Customer Success Advisor

We are looking for a Customer Support professional with a strong commitment to resolving customer issues and requests while maintaining a high level of professionalism and c! ustomer service. The ideal candidate will be committed to the long-term success of this dynamic and growing company working directly with sales and product management teams. Experience in managing relationships with small/medium e-commerce customers in a subscription-based model a definite plus!
What You Will Do :
- Post-sale support: answer creative questions, follow up on advertisers who have not provided creative, resolve any customer-related issues, make sure the customer understands purchase (product, spot location, term)
- The ability to understand, communicate and demonstrate DataSphere's value added services to our customers in a consultative manner
- Take ownership of a customerâs issue and completely resolve
- Being able to multitask and draw accurate conclusions that result in solutions for customers
- Meet defined department goals and activity metrics
- Ensure time between sale and ad going live is ! maintained within best-practice service levels
- Respon! d to all customer calls and emails within assigned service levels
- Deliver business-appropriate solutions and recommendations that create long-term customer satisfaction (coupons, social media integration, etc)
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Customer Success Team
- Daily communication via phone and email to new customers
- Manage new-customer creative timeline reports
- Actively participate in meetings to develop best practices
- 3-5 years of customer service and retention experience
- Previous experience in a customer retention focused position highly desirable
- 1-3 years experience in a call center environment preferred
- Ability to type at least 25 WPM
- Strong working knowledge of customer relationship management software
- Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented work process, and a passion f! or creating solutions to ensure customer happiness
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
