Job Description : Looking for a contract Producer to help manage the development of new, exciting gameplay exper! iences in the Halo universe. As a Producer on our Internal team, you will work with a passionate and experienced internal team across multiple disciplines to craft new game content that meets the high standards of our Franchise title. You will work with artists, designers, and coders, taking charge of an area of the project to drive to completion. The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity and experience with game production, and be able to work across groups to deliver content. Responsibilities: •Own and drive the scheduling and goal-setting for an area of the project. •Work with the production team to define project deliverables. •Prepare project-related documentation including status reports. •Facilitate communication between development groups. •Own and execute on multiple initiatives across different work groups. •Manage day-to-day development issues; identify problems in advance and drive creative solutions to fix them. •Create and execute agile deve! lopment processes. •Identify and remove roadblocks that prev! ent the team from performing to their highest potential.
Qualifications/Skills: •At least 5 years experience as a Producer or Program Manager (or equivalent) in the videogame industry. •Strong cross-team communication skills: you can effectively communicate with people whether they are creative, technical, or anywhere in between. When conflicts occur, you work with your lead to resolve them quickly and efficiently. •You create order from chaos: game development includes many ambiguous situations and conditions, and you’ll need to work with the project leads to solve problems quickly and efficiently. •Exceptional organization skills: this role requires detailed and organized communication with clear, concise, and specific follow through on all action items resulting from meetings and/or directions from the production team. •You have an upbeat and positive attitude, advanced interpersonal skills and you’re a great team player.
