- Talks with customer by phone or in person and receives orders for account.
- Supervise assigned accounts
- Deliver Customer expectation
- Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, communicates changes with accounts and ensures orders and changes are executed.
- Solicits sale of new or additional services.
- Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
- Other duties as assigned.
