1. Project implementation
- Join in project team to implement Logistics cost clearance (LCC) project to new customers
- Support project team to present the requirements of logistics cost clearance process to Logistics service provider (LSP) during the tender
- Provide training and monitor LSP’s performance to make sure they follow aligned process
2. Freight cost clearance process
- Monitoring and validating the freight cost invoices issued by logistics service providers
- Escalations handling of LSP billing behavior exceptions, tricky cost negotiations, training SOP, etc...
- Analyze logistics cost data to identify problematic areas and coordinate with other stakeholder’s for improvement
- Calculate and monitor the accrual vs actual cost to minimize the cost deviation
- Perform the cost forecast by basing on the growth rate from GBs/plant, freight cost fluctuation, or any other structural changes
- Support re-engineering team to set up and perform end to end logistics cost clearance process from billing receipt until its payment such as cost booking, PO consumption monitor…
- Manage freight contracts and tariffs database
- Compliance with Bosch’s central detective and guidances per company policies
- Use different systems which support Logistics cost clearance (LCC) processes and develop overall LCC knowledge for process improvement opportunities
- Works cross-functionally with plants, entities, purchasing, logistics, finance, and accounting team internally as well as logistics service providers.
3. Reporting
- Prepared KPI tree and report to customers
- Ad hoc report as per requests
- Other topics related to overall logistics and transportation as assigned by manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, International Trade, Supply Chain (Logistics, Purchasing), Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in Logistics accounting, cost control, billing verification
- Experience in Supply Chain area (transportation, warehousing, purchasing)
- Have import/export related knowledge
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Fluent English skills. Other languages (Korean/Japanese) are big plus.
- Strong computer/systems skills like Excel, Power Query, Power BI,…
- SAP experience and knowledge will be a huge advantage
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skill
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with ability to work with cross-functions
- Ability to take lead project/assignment and coordinate with stakeholders
- Experience in analysis and reporting in relevant domain
- Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, warehouse management
