We have big ambitions for our growth – and that's where you come in. Our Sales Development Representatives play an essential role in discovering sales opportunities and enabling our growth. You’ll be joining our international sales team located in Helsinki. We put a lot of emphasis on onboarding, training, supporting, motivating, and inspiring our sales professionals.

What you'll do

You’ll secure new customers for Videoly by opening sales opportunities and owning the pre-pipeline of your assigned markets. You’ll reach out to e-commerce and brand marketing professionals via various channels.

Working as Sales Development Representative, we expect you enjoy the following:


  • Actively reaching out to prospects by phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels

  • Reaching and exceeding your targets

  • Pairing up with one of our Business Development Managers

  • Constantly growing the pipeline by booking 15 high-quality meetings to be held per month

  • Using the best-of-breed tools to find new prospects and enrich existing prospects’ company & contact information

  • Using your wits to figure out the best way to reach decision makers

  • Communicating the value to relevant stakeholders

  • Winning

What you'll bring

We expect you to be driven and motivated to develop into a B2B SaaS sales professional. You have great communication skills as both a great listener and a great communicator. Every discussion is a chance for you to learn about the prospect’s needs and pain points, and guide the prospect to realize how Videoly can enhance their e-commerce experience.

Previous B2C or B2B sales experience and knowledge of pre-sales tactics and techniques is a plus in this role – but not a must! To succeed in this SDR role, you'll need to have:


  • Confidence in taking the initiative and actively reaching out to prospects

  • Genuine drive & passion for sales

  • Energy, persistence & discipline in your work

  • Interest in working in an international environment

  • Ability to work fluently in English
