About the Role
the purpose of this role is:
- Supports a global HR processing area of Global Source to Onboard in end-to-end, responsible for governance, experience/process, work design and knowledge management globally
- Provide support for continuous improvement of the relevant GBS HR processing area and improved customer experience
- Ensures global process and document governance across end to end process area being supported within the region
- Conduct Field Leadership activities with Accenture operations teams to ensure process governance
The functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following
- Partner with Global Experience Owners, Operation Delivery teams (Talent, WFR, Functional Talent etc) and Functional Integrity to drive the continuous improvement agenda
- Support and guide the change process and manage stakeholder expectations around approval and rejection of changes
- Provide consultative support for recurring issues within the relevant processing area and monitor and track interventions
- Use BOS tools and methodology for problem solving and continuous improvement and Coach delivery lines in doing so
- Work with and influence BHP and Accenture team members by providing a clear vision, context and objective to problem solve and deliver improvements
- Stabilise and strengthen the HR Operations teams by providing coaching and capability development opportunities to team members and other HR counterparts
- Draft and execute against project and stakeholder plans for improvement initiatives within region
- Support Global Experience Owner’s in execution of high value and complex global programs of work
- Proactively identify and take accountability to manage process governance across all Accenture processes in Source to Onboard
- Analyse and evaluate risk to deployment of new Global (and sometimes regional) processes to HR Operations.
- Support the monitoring of the delivery of services for the relevant processing area, ensuring SLAs are met and customer responsiveness is addressed
- Work closely with Functional Integrity to manage technology and ensure system design is aligned with process intent and technology roadmapping
- Customer Value (Mitigated savings) is returned to the business
- Overall customer satisfaction ratings for service area
- Overall customer sentiment (if available) for service area
About You
The successful candidate will need to have:
- A tertiary degree in Human Resources, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred
- Years of experience working in HR organisations, ideally with experience working in an HR Operations or HR Services environment
- Experience across the majority of the full spectrum of HR activity, including performance, talent, culture and foundational HR processes, analytics and improvement.
- Strong understanding of HR tools, processes and systems required including SAP and Success Factors.
- Strong continuous improvements skills
- Strong process governance skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (Fluent English speaking required)
- BHP Asset or customer exposure / experience
- Experience in working in a global environment
- Experience with Signavio / process mapping systemsExperience with Power BI and reporting
- Proficiency in English at a medium or higher level, including written and spoken.
