Position Overview:

Responsible for all data processing functions for properties within the Regency Hotel Management and WR Hospitality portfolio.Essential Functions:
- Insures that all work is done accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies and federal and state regulation.
- Processes payroll in a timely manner. The process consists of printing checks, processing direct deposit, initiating positive pay and submitting EFTPS payments.
- Processes accounts payable checks and /or accounts payable ACH payments in a timely manner.
- Processes bank reconciliation on a monthly basis for the corporate AP and Payroll Controlled Disbursement Accounts. This process includes but it not limited to keeping an up to date check register and records relating to these accounts.
- Prints 1099’s for all properties by the required due date.
- Prints W-2’s for all properties by the required due date including submitting of Federal W2 file annually.
- Submits quarterly FUTA tax payments.
- Works with CFO and Controllers on daily check processing schedules.
- Communicates with accounting department on deadlines and issues.
- Supports IT Staff and Implementation Specialists with Great Plains Software updates and ongoing support.
- Provides support to Ramkota, Regency, and WR and controllers on special projects as assigned.
- Provides support to Chief Revenue Officer with daily revenue reporting.
- Provides support to Chief Sales Officer with monthly sales reporting.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or GED, some college preferred.
Experience: One year prior data entry experience preferred.
