Job Scopes:
- Assists the sales team by preparing sales documents, such as quotes, proposals, and contracts. Generate sales reports, track sales activities, and update customer information.
- Liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating communication and coordination.
- Handle the processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain and update sales databases and ensure data accuracy, monitor and report on sales metrics.
- Support sales meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.
- Handle general administrative duties such as managing correspondence, organizing sales documents and files, coordinating internal and external communications.
Job Requirements:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential for this role.
- Proficiency in using computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing software, and databases.
- Providing excellent customer service and having a customer-focused mindset. The ability to build positive relationships with clients is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is prefer to facilitate effective communication with colleagues.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
