Job Overview
You will assist in ensuring there’s an efficient workflow in the Salon and create a positive environment that promotes sales and remarkable client experiences. This position works closely with the Sales, HQ Operations, and Client Experience teams. Success in this role means you thrive in an often fast-paced environment, exercising a calm and professional demeanor.

About the Role- Knowledge and care for all products – inventory, cleaning, display
- Shipping/transfers/intake for all merchandise – new and repairs
- Assist with all salon operations from client hosting to maintaining an immaculate environment
- Ensuring supplies are stocked, and assist with general administrative functions
- Partner with HQ operations team to ensure all protocols are being followed and salon supplies are in stock and in order
- Data entry of client purchases and customer information, generating reports for salon director, and corporate leadership when needed
- Support for all salon and in-market events in partnership with corporate events team
What You Bring to The Team
- You may have demonstrated success in store maintenance, administration & event activities
- Experience with high-touch events, high-end retail or hospitality preferred
- You like being organized and are methodical in your approach to getting things done.
- Communication is the key to building trust and getting clarity on the objective. You are clear and concise and can communicate effectively with all types of people.
- Your attention to detail is unwavering. Mise en place has meaning to you.
- Curiosity is part of who you are. You like finding solutions and when you don’t know something, you look for answers.
- Technology is an important tool that you use to process information, analyze data, and stay organized.

Pay Transparency
Targeted base compensation range starting at $25/hour plus bonus.
The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our Work Environment
