Our Exciting Opportunity !
We are now looking for a Senior Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, design and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. He will lead technical discussion and negotiation with customer. He is also responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team who will translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solution, and proposals. He will support and give a consultancy during requirement analysis, high level design phases, and implementation phase.
You will:
- Be responsible for scope, defining and designing solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
- Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis
- Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions
- Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
- Support deployment of solution
- Provide feedback to R&D
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing
- Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build
- Lead technical discussion with customer
- Lead a team to provide radio network services
- Work in multi vendors and operators environment
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Education: minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum years of experience: minimum 10 years of experience in mobile telecommunication
- Experience in leading a team to provide radio network service in many operators
- Domain experience: radio network design and optimization or related areas
- Experience from work as solution architect in radio network
- A senior solution architect candidate is assessed according to the following tracks: Network Optimization/Network Design
- Experience with other vendors
- Experience working with many operators will be advantage
