We are looking for a Marketing Account Coordinator to join our team and provide support to our Account Managers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for tracking and managing client accounts, preparing reports, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills in the field of account management.

The Marketing Account Coordinator will assist with administrative duties, proposal preparation, and account management, along with media, marketing research/buying, creative writing, copywriting social media development, and management. The qualified individual will possess exemplary account management and writing skills, creativity, excellent time management skills, internet competency, and unmatched intellectual curiosity. An understanding of digital marketing is preferred. Strong people skills are required.

Candidates must have outstanding client service skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Attention to detail is a must and excellent organizational and time management skills required. Experience writing proposals preferred.
