The ideal Front Desk Associate candidate must be efficient at multitasking, possess a good work ethic and an upbeat personality. Duties include answering phone calls and emails, invoicing, scheduling, and providing administrative support to instructors. The candidate should have strong grammar, writing, and computer skills, as well as experience with Google Calendar.
The applicant must have a high school diploma, the ability to get to and from our office located in Lawndale, CA, and be available for a full-time position from 8 AM-4:30 PM, Monday-Friday.
