Essential Duties:
The Human Resources Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, overseeing the payroll department, benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies and practices; and serve as a link between the organizations management and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Partners with the managers to understand and execute their department’s talent needs for current and future priorities, recruiting, engagement and retention.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Guides and supports management through the process of addressing under-performing employees.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, job offers, and onboarding process.
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Employee administration & Supp
- Provide guidance and support to management HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Coach team members and leaders in the behaviors expected to support strategy.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, including staff files, data, and other HR documentation
- First point of contact for employees who have any questions or concerns regarding paperwork etc.
- Leave of absence process.
- Overseeing the Payroll Department.
- Benefits administration.
- Terminations – assurance of properly providing term packages to employees as required by law.
- Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Primary contact for work-site injuries or accidents – Furthermore process and reporting to W/C.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
