We are seeking New Client ("Onboarding") Specialists to join our Onboarding Department. This role is a critical part of our company's success. Previous inbound customer service based experience is preferred but not required.
This is a full-time position with a Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm schedule. This is a fully remote position, but you must be a resident of and currently residing in Florida.
Job Description:
Our Onboarding team is responsible for processing paperwork we receive from clients who have recently signed up for Quikaid's services. The Onboarding team activates the new client, and proceeds with filing their initial claim for benefits with Social Security Administration. The Onboarding team also ensures representation of our clients' disability claim is processed and acknowledged by SSA.
The Onboarding team essentially converts prospective clients into actual clients! They interface with the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, of course, our clients and their loved ones. When communicating with clients, the Onboarding team obtains information that is needed to start representing the client on their claim for benefits. This involves obtaining medical treatment information and resources/income information. Onboarding Specialists also answer questions and appease concerns. Basically, they ensure we have all of the information we need to adequately represent our clients!
The pay for this position starts at $16.00/hr with raises and bonuses given regularly to strong performers. Daily bonuses are provided for strong performers. Typically, bonuses for strong performers result in $3-4 per hour in additional pay. A higher starting pay rate may be considered, and is dependent on candidate qualifications, work experience, and skillset.
We also celebrate birthdays ($50 bonus) and work anniversaries ($50 per year you have worked at Quikaid; example, on your 3rd anniversary, you will receive $150!)!
Requirements:
- We prefer candidates who have experience working in an office environment (law firm, insurance company, etc.), or experience in speaking with customers directly.
- Strong and accurate communication skills
- Must type at least 50 words per minute
- Intermediate to advanced-level computer literacy (multi-tasking by talking on phone while entering information into our case management system).

Technology Requirements:
We provide ALL software you need to perform your job duties, but you are required to provide the hardware listed below (including Windows 10+). You will be required to complete a Tech Certification prior to your Start Date, in which we will review your technology components to ensure they meet the below requirements.
You will not be able to start working at Quikaid until you have the needed equipment and have passed the Tech Certification.
- You must have a personal computer (PC) with Windows software.
- MacBooks & ChromeBooks cannot be used.
- In addition to a PC, you must have an external keyboard, mouse, headset with microphone, and working webcam (for training).
- We require at least two monitors that are at least 24 inches in size to ensure compatibility with Quikaid's software.
- You must have wired Internet access. WiFi cannot be used due to security and reliability reasons.
- You must have a quiet place to work in your home (for example, spare bedroom, home office, den, etc.). Background noise is not acceptable.

Other Information:
- This is for a Wednesday, September 6th start date. This will allow you to provide sufficient notice to your existing employer (if you are employed currently). This date is not negotiable because we will start training all new employees on this date.
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check and drug screening prior to your Start Date. If you are not going to "pass" your background check and/or drug screening, we would discourage you from applying.
- If you are invited to interview, the interview will be conducted remotely via video. Generally, you will interview with 1-2 members of our senior management team, approximately 30 minutes per interview. All new hires must complete two rounds of interviews and an aptitude test prior to being offered the position.
