We're Sutherland, and we're seeking bilingual Customer Care Reps to provide outstanding EMAIL support to customers of an exciting streaming service that hosts some of the best content out there.
In this work from home role, you'll work with our Portuguese-speaking customers, primarily over email, to resolve billing issues, troubleshoot errors and concerns, and guide them to the products and services that will best meet their entertainment needs.

- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- You must be able to read and write in Portuguese and English
- An understanding of basic computer and home networking terminology (i.e. operating systems, routers, etc.)
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute
- Experience using a streaming player or gaming system
- Familiarity with MS Office tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
All equipment is provided. However, to work from home you must have dependable, wired internet connectivity with an upload speed of at least 2Mbps and a download speed of 10Mbps along with a quiet, secure, distraction free place to work.
