The Caregiver focuses on the abilities of the resident, not limitations. We are expanding our team and are seeking just the right candidates.

We are willing to teach the right candidate. No experience is necessary...if you have heart, compassion and can learn.

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitation each resident’s 24 hour plan to include recreation, ADLs, dining and other duties as assigned
• Supports the resident’s abilities by understanding that all aspects of care can be viewed as an activity
• Participates in weekly care meetings

We seek the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Certified Nursing Assistant
• Excellent verbal communication skills, high degree of service orientation, positive attitude and ability to multi task also required
• 1-3 months experience as a caregiver in an assisted living community preferred
