Maintaining, repairing and improving HVAC systems in existing buildings is the focus of our Building Services Division. The service business involves delivery of many intangibles to the client, making our people the most important resources we have. The first priority of the maintenance sales department is to provide maintenance coverage for all projects installed by ACCO.

General Job Description:
Under the direction of the Building Service Division General Manager, this position will be primarily responsible for matching ACCO as the prmier service and maintenance provider with a select clientele for the purpose of providing maintenance solutions and increasing ACCO's market share in the Pacific Northwest.

Detailed Description of Duties:
1. Recommend and attend sales and technical training courses, as approved by management. 2. Learn and implement customer contact database. Establish customer contact database. 3. Identify, pre-qualify and call on non-contract customers to introduce our company and services we offer. 4. Write proposals and contracts for maintenance to the above-described customers. 5. Using software and other internal resources, prepare estimates for those maintenance contracts you will be proposing. 6. Follow-up on sales leads and lists generated by management and others. 7. As scheduling allows, accompany field maintenance technicians as they perform preventive maintenance for contract customers. 8. Working Hours 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of five years experience in the HVAC industry, including familiarity with a variety of HVAC systems. Must have an understanding of customer needs and service deliver. The successful candidate will possess the
