Detailed specification about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. ignITe is a dynamic IT solutions provider based in Texas with offices in the US and offshore Our clients are leading Fortune 500 companies and we are always seeking top talent employees We offer exciting careers with competitive salaries and full benefits including health care PTO and 401K IMMEDIATE NEED We are in immediate need for Senior Subject Matter Expert for positions in Atlanta GA As a senior member of the rapidly expanding testing organization the Testing Group Leader (GL) has management responsibility for a group of testing engineers (68) and oversees segments of the planning design and execution of complex testing solutions The group leader provides professional and technical leadership for the group participates in client meetings ensures that work products and deliverables are of the highest quality interacts with internal and client teams to provide recommendations ensure smooth processes and provides status updates Specific responsibilities include Lead personal development of team members and mentoring Hold daily team meetings with onsite and offshore teams Work with client and Amdocs teams to deliver timely highquality testing solutions Oversee activities such as internal and external design reviews tracking and reporting on test execution compliance reporting and exit reports analyzing test summary results lead defect meetings communicate daily and weekly status to the client Report to the PM on tasks and initiatives and provide support as needed Initiate and coordinate requests for test environment(s) and applicationDB access As part of the position you will be â€" The onsite ‘face’ for the offshore Testing team conducting testing for a new Amdocs product solution Supervise all offshore testing to ensure that we are meeting our project timeline and milestones and working as one team Work closely with other Amdocs teams (automation performance OGS NBU TMUS) Create test plans and design Validate necessary coverage of test plans Execute and supervise the execution of test cases Submit and prioritize defects to the project team for correction Requirements Proven leadership capabilities with significant experience managing culturally diverse test teams 58 years of extensive testing experience with skill to review the design and maintenance of test cases and assist in handon testing Experience with DB and data modeling principles and associated tools (SQL PLSQL TOAD Oracle) Experience in leading a team both on and off shore In depth knowledge of telecommunication world cellular in particular In depth knowledge of at least one of Amdocs products (ie Enabler Ensemble CRM OMS etc) Preferences Telecommunications experience Amdocs experience is highly advantage Please complete the prescreening questionnaire for expedited resume review
