Receptionist
Location: Seattle Washington
Description: SOS Staffing is currently interviewing Receptionist right now, this job will be placed in Washington. Detailed specification about this job opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Hours: 8am-5pm
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00/hr
Receptionist needed for a large corporate office in Seattle. This position will greet guests, answer incoming calls, and handle light clerical duties, etc. Candidates need one year minimum experience.
Job Duties:
Collect and distribute mail and messages. Directs caller to destination and records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon. Issue visitor's pass when required. Obtains caller's name and arranges for appointment with person called upon. Perform variety of clerical duties. Receives callers at establishment, determines nature of business, and directs callers to destination. Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Education: AA Degree: Preferred
