Description: Providence Health & Services is currently seeking to employ Registered Nurse â" Close Observation right now, this position will be placed in Washington. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care needs for patients with a variety of medical or surgical conditions as well as the management of a secondary mental health condition.
Demonstrate strong teaching and communication skills with patients, family members, and multidisciplinary medical and behavioral health professionals.
Work to create a therapeutic environment for appropriate management of their mental health diagnosis.
Demonstrate critical thinking, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelorâs Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Recent Medical/Surgical RN experience
