Description: Providence Health & Services is currently seeking to employ Registered Nurse â€" Close Observation right now, this position will be placed in Washington. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care needs for patients with a variety of medical or surgical conditions as well as the management of a secondary mental health condition.
Demonstrate strong teaching and communication skills with patients, family members, and multidisciplinary medical and behavioral health professionals.
Work to create a therapeutic environment for appropriate management of their mental health diagnosis.
Demonstrate critical thinking, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Recent Medical/Surgical RN experience
