Our innovative and rapidly growing winery is located in Woodinville, WA and is seeking a direct to consumer manager who will be a positive leader bringing elegance, energy and commitment to the organization. The right candidate will have a history, preferably in the luxury industry, of growing direct to consumer sales across all channels. Enthusiasm, curiosity, and creativity are all requirements for this position. Experience with event planning, social media, and internet sales is desired.
Tasting Room and Wine Club Managers will report to the Direct to Consumer Manager. This position will report to the President/CEO. This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation structure.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivering sales results an! d providing project management across all direct to consumer channels, including wine club and consumer events
Creating and maintaining consumer direct budget and business plan, including sales projections and expenses by channel
Developing and managing annual direct to consumer marketing calendar, including customer and prospect email campaigns, telemarketing campaigns, and event marketing
Managing customer retention (including wine club members), loyalty programs and club fulfillment
Developing and maintaining winery website and social media
Creating new strategic programs, as needed, to grow direct to consumer sales
Measuring and managing DTC channel success through key metrics and indicators
Reporting monthly DTC results to DeLille management and Board of Directors
Building teamwork across departments
Instituting best practices of data collection across all DTC channels
Ensuring da! ta quality and stability
Coaching and developing direct to consumer department heads
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree or higher
Proven success growing direct to consumer sales, preferably within the luxury industry (winery, resort or retail store)
Previous experience creating and maintaining annual budgets
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Previous people and project management experience is a must
Creativity and innovation in marketing
