Flagger/Laborer

Description: Waste Connections is looking of Flagger/Laborer right now, this position will be placed in Washington. More details about this position opportunity please read the description below. We have an immediate position available for a Flagger/Laborer at our Thurston County Transfer Station in Lacey, WA.
In this position you will be directing traffic dealing with Waste Connections drivers, other compa! nies drivers, and the public. You will also work on the sort line pulling recycable material out of the garbage along with other labor and cleaning duties. This is a very fast paced labor intensive job working outside in all weather conditions.
The days off for this position are typicailly Wednesday and Thursday working 40 hours a week. This position pays $10-12 an hr. plus we offer family benefits, 401k, paid vacation included. This is a great entry level position with opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities Include: .
Cleaning and pressure washing .
Labor and sorting recycables.
Directing traffic and dealing with the public.
Requirements :
At least 1 year of work experience.
The ability to stand outside throughout an 8+ hr shift.
Very strong customer service skills.
