To be considered for this job, you MUST have:
5 â€" 7 years of experience as an administrator, with at least 5 years of that experience in the real estate or escrow industry

3+ years of experience in project management, change management & staff management

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

A proven record of meeting multiple deadlines & adapting as business dictates

Strong computer skills

Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook & the internet, and experience with current real estate software

Experience with CRM programs

45+ words per minute typing speed, and accurate data entry & 10-key skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must! You must also have an upbeat attitude, and a friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor to succeed at this job!

You’ll be responsible for:
Managing a real estate team

Ens! uring successful execution of all tasks related to the purchas! e & sale of real estate properties, including managing financing and brokerage contacts

Managing advertising strategies

Planning & implementing marketing campaigns to develop business

Other duties as needed
