NA Sales Manager, Softlines

Detailed specification about this job opportunity kindly read the description below. Amazon Services is seeking an experienced sales leader for our NA Softlines sales organization. In this role you will lead sales teams focused on bringing new Sellers in the Cl! othing, Shoes and other Softlines categories to Amazon.com’s US Marketplace. You will be chartered with developing and managing a sales pipeline of high-potential accounts while executing sales strategies to secure deals that will exceed aggressive account acquisition and revenue achieved both by driving sales personally and through leading the existing teams of individual contributors. You will work cross-functionally with category, product, marketing, and sales operations teams (as well as others as needed) to sharpen the recruiting strategy and influence product roadmap, lead generation, and reporting activities. You will be responsible for managing the day to day as well as setting overall business direction.

Sales of products by third-party sellers on our websites represent more than one-third of units sold, and the Seller Services business is growing faster than our Retail business. As an organization, Amazon’s North American Seller Services is uniquely h! ighly influential by coordinating across Amazon Customers, Ama! zon Category teams and Amazon Sellers. We are a business development organization; we drive growth for over 2MM Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts and integrated Account Management. We are successful by focusing on aggressive growth for our Sellers’ businesses.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of successful enterprise class sales experience, preferably in the eCommerce, on-line advertising, retail technology, or Saas software industries.
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach is required.
Experience selling nascent products/services into new markets is strongly desired.
Candidates must have superior communication and presentation skills, an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be very passionate about success and winning.
A bachelor's degree is required; an M.B.A. is preferred.
5+ years sales and management experience.
Demonstrated! prior successes in exceeding sales targets.
Willing to relocate to Seattle, WA.
