As an Online Marketing Specialist for Getty Images, you will be responsible growing incremental revenue through online marketing activity across the flagship website properties of GettyImages.com, Thinkstockphotos.com and iStockphoto.com. Working across multiple channels including affiliates, display and retargeting, you will have extensive experience in online advertising, partner development and business strategy across multiple markets and products.

Your Next Challenge:
Support the affiliate team in managing campaigns across North America. This could be anything from the mont! hly reporting to affiliate recruitment to conversion rate anal! ysis to putting together creative briefs.

Work closely with the regional marketing teams and various agencies/networks to successfully integrate and launch campaigns in new territories in 2013 and beyond.

Create annual online strategies based on available budgets and target audiences, meanwhile staying in tune with online media trends to identify and evaluate new or better channels for online opportunities.

Assist with display and retargeting in handling communication with advertising agencies/publishers to plan, book and negotiate ad placements/strategic advertising opportunities and ensure they have the necessary creative, tracking URLs, reporting, and other materials necessary to execute and optimize all advertising campaigns.

Monitor and report on all key performance metrics for all online channels, including: Revenue, Cost, CPA, CPL, ROI, Traffic, Conversion Rate, AOV and more.

Provide reporting on performance for monthly, q! uarterly and ad hoc executive reports.

Evaluate and recommend any new online vendors/opportunities that Getty should consider as part of its online marketing mix.

Implement A/B testing for online campaigns to determine incremental lift and best performing campaigns.

Manage the global production calendar for the creation of ad creative with up-to-date specs and contact info for all media contacts.

Support international marketing teams by providing guidance on media planning processes and documentation, sharing insights/reports on channel performance, providing required specs and training on ad trafficking, troubleshooting and supporting vendor escalations when needed.

What You'll Need:
General online marketing experience including at least one years experience in one of; affiliate, display or retargeting (some organic and paid search experience also preferred).

Analytical and results-oriented with experience wi! th Web Analytics, (Google Analytics & Omniture Site Catalyst).

! Experience using ad trafficking software (e.g. DART/DFA, Atlas or Mediaplex) is a plus.

Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills.

Strong computer skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Resourcefulness and adaptability.

1 - 2 years relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree with concentration in advertising, marketing, and communications preferred.

Graduates with significant skills or experience would be considered.
