professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the! breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technolo! gy, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The work that is performed by our delivery professionals may serve one or more clients concurrently and they may be located directly at a client site or within our global delivery network.
The
SAP Convergent Charging Functional Consultant
will be the Subject Matter Expert SAP Convergent Charging module (CC). The candidate will work independently with business and technical resources of varying functional areas within the client organization to identify and clarify: moderately complex to complex business requirements; ensure the successful implementation of efficient and effective solutions to business problems, including system integrations issues; act as leader in the development, implementation and adherence to internal processes that will ensure the long-term viability of our systems and business processes; and build the skil! ls of the team through knowledge transfer (KT).
Key Responsibilities May Include:
Analyze requirements and design AP CC Convergent Charging functionalities
Perform SAP CC Convergent Charging configuration
Participate in design and test reviews as appropriate
Work closely with other project teams and support team members to understand integration between SAP CC and other SAP modules
Familiar with SAP ECC and SAP SD master data, subordinate master data, and transaction data
Ability to travel 25%
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
4 years of experience implementing the SAP SD
3 years of experience implementing the SAP Convergent Charging module
1 year of experience with Idoc interface configuration and RFCs
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP Convergent Charging (transactional or configuration knowledge)
Exp! erience with SAP RMCA (transactional or configuration knowledge)

Strong written and verbal communication skills
with the ability to interact with various levels in a global organization
Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Able to help facilitate group meetings
