We are cur! rently seeking two compensation
consultants who can help develop and build upon our compensation policies and
programs that contribute towards the overall success of our organization.

In this role, you will be consulting with
business units and HR generalists to ensure our programs are aligned with
business needs and results.

You will be
using your analytical, consultative, and project management skills to provide
best-in-class compensation support across your assigned business units within
the organization.

Some of the key responsibilities will! include:
Consult
with business unit and partner r! esources generalists on compensation
issues and practices. Act as the primary compensation contact for assigned
compensation programs. Consult as a technical resource for selected major
compensation processes and product delivery.

Consult
on job structures and design

and

advise
generalists on pay adjustments and managing pay within range structures;
create processes for mass-market changes as required. Evaluate jobs and makes
pricing recommendations as needed.

Develop,
implement, and administer base pay programs. Lead the design of two or
more major incentive compensation plans; manage design teams as assigned
and present recommendations to senior generalists and business unit heads
for approval.

Manage
major compensation-related projects or processes as assigned within the Compensation
team, or represent the Compensation discipline on cross-functional project
teams.
Plan
for the implementation of complex compensation programs or projects
through generalists; advise and provide technical input to generalists or
shared services teams for programs or projects with significant systems or
partner impact.

Prepare
compensation-related communication pieces such as brochures, incentive
plan documentation and communication pieces for managers or partners.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need between 3 and 5

years of experience in:
Implementation
and administration of compensation plans

Designing
plans and programs for direct pay, incentive pay, and/or sales
compensation

Project
management

Your skills should include:
Ability
to apply consultative skills in a business environment

Analytical
skills with the ability to build dynamic financial models

Ability
to design and a! dminister incentive plans

Advanced
skills in Microsoft Exc! el and Access

Ability
to make effective presentations

Advanced
knowledge of compensation practices and processes

Knowledge
of the Fair Labor Standards Act compliance requirements and other applicable
laws

Working
knowledge of pay program development and applicable laws and regulations

Experience
administering quarterly incentive plans on a large-scale

Ability
to analyze and interpret data trends in supporting strategic decision
points

US
non-exempt compensation design and administration experience preferred

Experience with
merger and acquisition compensation integration

Ability to design and
administer salary structures for new business partners

Knowledge of HRIS and
compensation benchmarking tools
