We arecurrently strategically growing the firm. Our shared goal is to provide high
quality andoutstanding service to our clients.
The keyposition we are interested in filling is in our audit area. The position
would be asenior manager position with an emphasis (although not exclusively) in
thenon-profit area. This person would function as client executive on a book of
engagements.They would be the firm representative on those engagements and
responsiblefor the staff, budgets, and development of those clients. This
individualwould also be a representative of the firm in the community and would
allocate timeto firm development and bringing new clients to the firm. Duties
would alsoinclude staff development (our most precious resource). This position is
key to thesuccession planning of our fir! m. We want this person to be looking for a
long-term(hopef! ully equity ambitions for the future) commitment to the firm.
