The OMC Clinic Billing Representative will ensure that a high level of customer service is maintained in the area of patient accounts including billing, collections, billing adjustment, credit, and third-party payments.
Counsel patients, interpret and communicate credit policies and procedures, and process and maintain records related to billing and collections

is a wholly owned subsidiary of Overlake Hospital Medical Center. OMC offers a range of services including urgent care, primary care, and specialty clinics! . Overlake clinics are currently located in Seattle’s eastsi! de neighboring cities of Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, and Redmond.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum two (2) years billing experience.
General knowledge of coding policies and procedures and reimbursement practices.
Knowledge of health insurance processing standards and clinic operating policies.
Knowledge of medical billing terminology and insurance payors.
Understanding of ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT codes.
Familiarity with managed care principles and medical codes.
