We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter! to join our recruiting team. In this role you will be respons! ible for providing scalable recruiting services while working closely with the Director of Recruiting to develop creative, innovative and effective recruiting strategies. This position will be responsible for cultivating a variety of resources and maintaining an active presence in the development of a pipeline of talented candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Utilizing established recruiting best practices to attract qualified professionals in addition to finding new creative methods to source candidates
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone screens
- Schedule interviews with internal managers and/or clients as needed along with preparing candidates for the client interview process
- Present job offers to qualified candidates, discuss compensation requirements, and negotiate terms
- Regularly manage candidate database and maintain communication with candidates.
- Provide mentorship to recruiters.
- 6+ years of experience recruiting in a fast paced and high productivity agency environment, specifically for high-tech positions
- Experience recruiting for high-tech Industry is required
- Experience in a lead position mentoring and leading a team.
- Existing network of candidates is highly preferred
- Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals, including entry level hires to the most senior management roles
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- The ability to foster and develop candidate relationships through excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven effective written and verbal communication skills, including strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrated creativity with issue resolution
- Earnest and dedicated focus on recruiting activities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
