Job Description: Intake Coordinator

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for interfacing with all interested families and referral sources regarding enrollment in ABA services; therefore, they will communicate promptly, compassionately and with meticulousness. Under the direction of the Director of the Centralized Business Office.

Position Status: Non-Exempt

Duties:

Respond promptly to new referral contacts for all services offered and precisely track information in CentralReach

Engage with families on the waitlist, according to standard intake process metrics

Obtain all Intake Paperwork and upload to client record in CentralReach

Initiate and coordinate clinical consultations or tours for all centers

Adhere to established timelines within Intake Process to guarantee timely access to care for clients

Maintain up-to-date information on payer regulations for all centers

Understand available service models and center summaries in all centers

Maintain current alternative provider referral list for families not eligible for ABA and effectively collaborate with BCBA to share those resources with families

Track and report Intake data for all centers and keep information organized and accessible

Coordinate with billing department on assessment and treatment authorization requests and approvals

Adhere to all HIPAA regulations verify proper protection of PHI

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

2 years of intake or client coordination in a related field

Proven proficiency with technology, interfacing with digital software and organization skills of digital documentation

Continuously use hands for grasping and fine motor manipulation.

Respond quickly from any position

Stand on feet for a minimum of 15 minutes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
