PERSONAL POOL MANAGEMENT LLC is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the executive and senior management, assisting in daily office needs, and managing the overall office. These task will include, but are not limited to:

  • ANSWER COMPANY PHONE, DIRECT CALLS, TAKE MESSAGES, RELAY STAF INFORMATION
  • CHECKING CLOCK INS & CHECKING CLOCK OUTS
  • SENDING SCHEDULE UPDATES & SHIFT REMINDERS
  • RETRIEVE HOURLY CHEMICAL READINGS FROM POOL SITES
  • REVISE PAYROLL INFORMATION
  • UPDATE EMPLOYEE FILES
  • CALL STAFF DURING POOL OPERATING HOURS
  • ANSWER STAFF EMAILS & INQUIRIES
  • MANAGE OUR HIRING PLATFORMS (REACH OUT/ FOLLOW UP WITH POTENTIAL APPLICANTS)
  • ONBOARD NEW HIRES
  • SEND CLOCK IN CONFIRMATIONS IN THE MORNING

Administrative Assistant responsibilities include:
Assisting in managing the daily operations of the office

  • Assisting in the organization of meetings and events
  • Providing information and assistance to customers and employees
  • Conducting various administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments
  • Creating and maintaining records

The work week will be Saturday- Thursday

The work time will be 9:45a-4:45p or 10:00a-5:30p

Administrative Assistant responsibilities include:Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Work Spaces) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

Administrative Assistant skills:Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Attention to detail.Job Type: Full-time

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • No nights

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: Remote
