BEPC is seeking a Supplier Audit Coordinator to join our fast growing team!

Summary/Objective The Supplier Audit Coordinator provides direct support to an assigned customer’s operating company to coordinate activities related to executing an annual supplier quality audit schedule. This position will work closely with and provide support directly for Supplier Quality Audit Manager(s) in the customer’s organization.
Responsibilities
- Enters supplier audit information into various electronic systems: EtQ, Curve, SharePoint, and Audit Schedule as applicable.
- Creates, and maintains supplier audit files.
- Liaises with business partners and auditors to obtain/provide supplier information and align scheduling of audits.
- Supports audit schedule change requests for new suppliers and other changes impacting the schedule as required.
- Reviews and maintains supplier auditor qualification records.
- Tracks progress of audits and provide timely follow up and status reports to stakeholders.
- Supports the Supplier Audit Manager(s) and supplier auditors as needed.
- Collects as required supplier audit metrics and communicates to Supplier Audit Manager(s).
- Participates in recurrent and ad hoc meetings as required.
- Provides support during internal and 3rd party audits to the Supplier Audit organization as required.
- Support other tasks and projects as required.
Other Duties Other duties may be assigned as required by BEPC management.
Competencies:
- Excellent communications, well organized, and detail oriented are all necessary skills.
- Good written and oral English communication skills are a MUST.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to process changes through the document control system for controlled documents/SOP, etc.
- Ability to use PC's and associated Microsoft software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to build partnerships both internally and externally.
- High tolerance for ambiguity in a complex environment. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Must strive and be committed to “get the job done” and meet all deadlines.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This planned as a full-time position, and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This position can performed remotely, but the resource needs to be within a US time zone (East coast preferred) to meet customer needs. Other time zones would be considered.
Required Education and Experience
- HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years related experience; or bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals is preferred.
- Knowledge of Quality System Regulations (QSR's) and ISO Standards is preferred.
