Overhill Farms is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team!
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our Chief Operating Officer as well as our Human Resources leader.

Position Details
The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting both the CEO and the Vernon Facility with handling the office-management duties, making travel arrangements, handling calendar events, organizing reports and documents, answering phones calls, setting up meetings, and screening visitors.
CEO Support:
- Handle highly confidential information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with preparing for Board of Directors meetings.
- Calendar planning.
- Travel planning - International and domestic business travel (Air travel, Hotels, Ground transportation).
- Facilitate the international relocation of employees and their families.
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
Executive Leadership Team Support:
- Send communication on behalf of the ELT when needed.
- Meetings and company events: Coordinate meeting space, lunch/dinner, table tents, and help to prepare pre-reads and presentations for meetings.
- Support leadership with various tasks for Board meetings, Executive meetings, and Customer meetings.
- Business travel planning for guests if needed.
- Coordinate international and domestic business travel (Air travel, Hotels, Ground transportation).
Required Qualifications
- Experience providing administrative support.
- Fluent in Thai.
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience providing experience to senior level management.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to coordinate and manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Experience in a company of 500 + employees is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Five years of related experience preferred.
