Rently seeks an Implementation Specialist to join the Onboarding team, taking charge of guiding clients through a successful onboarding process. This role involves nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, fostering growth, and laying the groundwork for retention. Managing various client interactions during implementation requires a deep understanding of company offerings, partner integrations, client operations, and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Rently product knowledge to successfully implement new clients.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to obtain all pertinent information ensuring successful coordination of Rently product implementation.
  • Properly configure and integrate new clients to Rently platforms.
  • Provide training to new and existing clients on all relevant Rently platforms.
  • Interact directly with assigned clients building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Communicate progress using CRM system reporting.
  • Hand off clients to appropriate teams 30 days post go-live.
  • Provide exceptional support and troubleshooting for clients during implementation.
  • Participate in all team meetings and provide process enhancement feedback while evangelizing the culture and spirit of teamwork.
  • Accurately document client records and implementation journey via support notes and interactions (Salesforce, ZenDesk, Dialpad, Confluence, etc).
  • Ensures compliance with Rently best practices and established policies/procedures.
  • Consistently meets OKRs and KPIs as communicated by your manager.
  • Maintain a regular in-office presence within Rently's Los Angeles, CA or Camarillo, CA office.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in implementation role within SaaS or proptech company
  • 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce, ZenDesk, or other comparable CRMs and support ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite Products.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, team centered work environment
  • Technical aptitude and ability to identify alternative solutions to customer issues.
  • Ability to handle multiple, critical, high priority issues with a sense of urgency .
  • Excellent communication– verbal, written, interpersonal with strong active listening skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective problem solving skills and strong client orientation.
  • Detail-oriented and dependable, with a positive and inquisitive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate cross functionally.
  • Exhibit a high degree of self-motivation, drive and a proactive nature.
For applicants located in California, the salary range for this full-time role is expected to be $60,000-75,000 per year. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Rently reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications, and that the expected salary range may be different for candidates located outside of California.
