What you'll do
As the Manager of Learning Delivery, you will lead the programming that enables our people leaders to ensure DocuSign is the destination where people do the work of their lives. Learning is at the center of our employee experience, and we believe in making every learning experience exceptional through thoughtful design and operations. This role will bring together a team of learning coordinators across systems, learning delivery and operations to establish best practices, standards and a play book for learning at DocuSign.
This position is a people manager role reporting to the Head of Leadership and Learning.
Responsibility
- Manage a team of talented and high performing learning coordinators that support all aspects of learning operations, delivery and design
- Provide coordination support to Onboarding, Leadership Development, DEI, Careers and Talent workstreams, programs and teams
- Lead specific learning programs and People team work streams as required
- Build standard service level agreements (SLA) with program managers and drive consistent learning experiences across all programs, workshops and experiences
- Establish quality metrics for delivery and program impact and evaluation
- Manage the technologies, vendors and technical partners required to develop, manage and deliver training
- Keep up-to-date on training trends, developments and best practices

What you bring
Basic
- 8+ years of professional experience leading and coaching a team of learning professionals
- Experience delivering a high volume of learning experiences at scale
- Experience planning, designing and delivering a consistent learning operations playbook
- Experience leading continuous improvement projects and executing against goals and deadlines
- Experience working with program managers, internal stakeholders and leaders to identify and prioritize operational priorities
Preferred
- Consultative team player with the ability to work with and influence people at all levels
- Attention-to-detail with a proven track record of using data to assess and evaluate the impact of learning solutions
- Ability to handle numerous projects concurrently and deliver against tight timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Wage Transparency
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $118,300 - $182,775 base salary
Illinois and Colorado: $111,600 - $153,525 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $111,600 - $162,625 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and
benefits.
