DIPTYQUE Luxury Fragrance House has established itself as one of the most renowned, leading fragrance houses within the luxury market today. Founded in 1961, the Maison is known for its mix of iconic scented candles, personal fragrances, bath and body products, and home décor. Its flagship boutique is in Paris’ 5th arrondissement at 34 Boulevard Saint Germain.
Purpose The Brand Ambassador is responsible for delivering best in class client service, achieving sales goals, building enduring client relationships through mastery of product knowledge and selling ceremonies as well as understanding Boutique operating processes.
Client Experience
- Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
- Develop local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients
- Problem solve to ensure that each client issue is accurately resolved to the benefit of the business
Sales Performance
- Achieve and exceed personal Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive, team first attitude at all times
- Leverage tools and store technology provided to sells across channels
- Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge, brand values, promotions and policies
Champion operational excellence
- Perform daily procedures including opening and closing, salesfloor maintenance and replenishment
- Merchandises for sell-through and new product launches in accordance with company standards
- Accurately process sales for internal and external clients per company standards

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in luxury retail industry; beauty experience a plus
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills;
- Passion for the Luxury and Fragrance Industry;
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
