Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze customer accounts to identify potential issues and provide proactive resolutions
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency in another language is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult or upset customers with empathy and patience
- Proven ability to upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable for better customer support
