```Duties```
- Install various types of flooring materials, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
- Prepare subfloor surfaces by removing old flooring, leveling, and cleaning
- Install underlayment and moisture barriers as needed
- Use hand tools and power tools to install flooring materials
- Ensure proper alignment and spacing of flooring materials
- Inspect and repair damaged flooring or subflooring as necessary
- Clean up work area and remove debris after installation
```Experience```
- Previous experience in flooring installation preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and installation techniques
- Familiarity with construction estimating and reading blueprints
- Experience with concrete finishing, drywall, cabinet installation, caulking, construction painting, water damage restoration, or other maintenance person skills is a plus
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
