We are in need of a female contract/freelance podcast assistant/sidekick for marketing and informational videos to be posted on our website (www.kdtax.com).

Experience:
- Experience in one of the following fields is required: o Property Tax o Legal Assistant/Paralegal (Title or Real Estate) o Real Estate Appraisal/Sales
- Experience in the Communications field, including Podcasting, desired but not required.
Job duties:
- Successful candidate will participate as the interviewer in informational videos and podcasts on the general topic of Texas property taxes.
- Interviewees will be the owner of Kirkwood & Darby, Inc. and, on occasion, an attorney who handles property tax lawsuits for Kirkwood & Darby, Inc
- Have a general understanding of Texas property taxes and be able to read, understand, and then speak about topical briefs on the Texas Property Tax Code, litigation, and legislation.
Pay, Benefits & Hours:
- $75.00/hr.
- No benefits (this is a short-term, contract/freelance position with irregular hours)
- 4-10 hours per week, primarily evenings and weekends
