WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Essential Functions:
Serve as primary product expert and evangelist. Lead product design, development and release process for assigned products and maintain the product development road map. Work with System Architect to develop breakthrough features and functionality. Write requirements for and deliver User Stories and daily Stand-Up feedback for an Agile team of developers. Coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for new product functionality from customers and prospects. Create detailed use cases, business requirements, and marketing requirements. Suppo! rt marketing, sales and support through leading the developmen! t and maintenance of various technical marketing collateral including application notes, FAQs, product notes, user guides, field training presentations, online marketing content and demos. Develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses. Coordinate beta testing of new products and features. Document and report problems and recommend solutions/improvements to program managers. Participate in product performance benchmarking activities. Typical Tasks include:
Lead or participate in R&D design meetings. Construct delivery plans for new product initiatives. Meet with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements. Manage and maintain the product backlog. Determine priorities of product requests. Manage cross functional project teams utilized for major product initiatives. Help lead sprint planning, including creation of stories. Communicate project status to business stakeholders. Analyze ! deployed applications, keeping track of its maturity in the software development lifecycle, utilization, and fit in the product portfolio.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or equivalent. 5+ years of full-time Product Development experience. Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems. Experience with generating requirements for Agile teams. Knowledge of digital marketing technology or other digital technology applications. Knowledge of HTML, Linux, Java, Internet protocols, relational databases, Hadoop. Knowledge of Agile or Scrum.
