We are assisting an outpatient practice in the recruitment of an occupational medicine Physician.
Practice currently has 4 Family Physicians and 5 PA's.
One of the four focuses on occupational medicine, and the other physicians assist with the occupational medicine when he is away.
The occupational medicine department has become so busy that a second occupational medicine physician is required.
The occupational medicine department is on one side of the building and the general clinic is on the other side.
Hours of operation are M-F 8 to 8. Saturday is 8 to 5.
Some physicians work 4 -10 hour days, other work 3 -12 hour shifts.
Center has lab, digital x-ray, and offers some rehab care.
Group has EMR in place.
A base salary, incentives based on production, and comprehensive benefits package is being offered.
