Now they need someone who is passionate about cust! omers and technology to help our customers make informed decisions about which product and brand is right for their needs.
Gaming, audio, TV's, computing…you know the latest technology trends including what's hot in the market and what's on its way, can drive sales and 'upsell', yet you're also great at listening to your customer's needs and helping them understand the benefits and features of products so they purchase right the first time. Great customer service doesn't stop there for you though! Assisting with basics like putting in a customer's SIM card, explaining how to use Bluetooth, and diagnosing basic issues through to explaining warranty benefits and comparing competitor prices are also a key part of this role. Your store relies on you to be an expert in your role but to also help other customers from time to time in the Entertainment Area.
