Lionbridge Global! Marketing Operations is hiring an Account Director for the West Coast!
ABOUT THE JOB!
Responsible for revenue growth targets and profitability expansion of all GMO clients under management
Maintain 100% client retention and high customer satisfaction scores
Elevate role in account to trusted adviser on global digital marketing execution
Obtain retainer for advisory and supervisory services
Lead conversations with existing clients to expand our services within the account
Personally engage with large opportunity west coast clients/prospects to convince them to outsource operations to us
Develop outsourcing proposals and pricing models
Provide thought leadership content to help convince prospects to outsource global marketing operations to us
ABOUT YOU!
Proven track record managing multiple, global digital marketing accounts in excess of $5MM annually and growing revenue, margi! ns and client satisfaction
Demonstrated ability to im! prove margins, reshape agreements and increase operational efficiencies
Very strong entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to drive change in an organization and gain the respect of peers
High degree of expertise with digital marketing, web and mobile technologies and approaches
5+ years experience at one or more of the following types of organizations: digital production houses, digital agencies, business process outsourcing companies
Experience as an account director at one of these organizations
Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units
Derives energy from taking on new challenges and creating new solutions
An orientation to measurement, continuous process improvement and benchmarking
Highly collaborative with cross-functional teams
