Description: Affinity Executive Search is presently looking of Senior Compensation Analyst ‌â€â€ right now, this job will be placed in Washington. Must have 5+ years of compensation program development including salary compensation programs involving executive, pay for skills, incentive plans and all rela! ted programs within a mediium size manufacturing organization. Exposure to other HR generalist areas a plus. Designs and develops compensation strategies, plans, programs, policies and practices consistent with company goals. Implements, communicates and administers multiple compensation programs including both base and incentive pay plans. Hands-on role performing compensation analysis and job evaluations while working collaboratively with the HR staff and managers companywide. Experience in HR software programs with advanced understanding of Compensation and LMS programs highly desired.
