Job Summary
: Assist the Strategy and Service Development Department with market research; data collection and analysis; tracking and reporting system maintenance; program and business plans; and other duties as required in support of major strategic initiatives. This will include a combination of project based work and hands on experience.
(Part-Time/32 hours per pay period)
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and develop projects based on departmental needs.

Develop and revise business plans, reports and presentations to staff an! d management.
·
Perform data collection and! analysis.
·
Assist with hospital and clinic based projects.
·
Perform administrative functions on an as needed basis
·
Follow the policies, procedures, and practices outlined in the Code of Conduct and Organizational Ethics policy.
Report any business practice/compliance concerns according to organization policy.
·
Exhibit behaviors that support the organization’s Service Standards and Cultural Beliefs.
·
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
·
Currently enrolled in a Masters in Health Services Administration (MHA), Masters in Public Health (MPH) or a concurrent MHA/MBA or MPH/MBA program required.

:

Experience
:
·
Experience in coordinating projects and teams preferred! .
Special Training/Skills
:
·
Understanding of hospital or physician practice operations preferred.
·
Exceptional organizational skills.
·
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
·
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
·
Ability to multi-task and perform data analysis.
·
Meticulous attention to detail.
