Responsible for coordinating wholesale accounts, assisting account executives, and having exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

Position Overview:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage account requests and provide excellent, timely and professional customer service.
• Processing orders from start to finish: Order entry-via JOOR, RA’s/swaps and customer service
• Manage day to day operations of the LA Showroom - including but not limited to; maintaining showroom presentation, sample tracking, ordering office supplies, restocking kitchen.
• Sample management including inbound and outbound sample transfers to showrooms and customers.
• Prepare showroom for season markets, unpacking samples and merchandising product.
• Assist sales team with appointments during market; hands on with appointment support, and showroom maintenance.
• Assist with regional trade shows (SF, OC, AZ, LV)

Skills and Experience:

• BA/BS required
• Wholesale/buying/merchandising experience in the fashion industry
• Motivated self-starter, team player with positive attitude
• Professional written and verbal communicator
• Organized, resourceful and detail oriented
• Strong experience with Excel
• Experience with JOOR a plus

Additional Information:

• Ability to lift/move heavy boxes
• Ability to drive large van
• Willing to occasionally work weekends for special events
• Willing to travel domestically (trade shows, store visits)
