Responsible for delivering consistent, actionable insights through data-driven analysis to the NYX Professional Make-Up & Next Big Brands Amazon Sales Team that accelerates both consumption growth and market share. Reports to Director of eCommerce, NYX PMU.
Key Job Accountabilities This role is tasked with delivering the Amazon business reporting for all NYX PMU & NBB brands. As an individual contributor, the Amazon eBrand Analyst is responsible for the reporting of eCommerce sales fundamentals that unlock brand growth at the account.
- Develops a deep understanding of eCommerce KPI’s (Traffic, Conversion, ASP, LBB, OOS, etc.) that contribute to the success equation on Amazon.
- Establishes and maintains the reoccurring (weekly, monthly, quarterly) commercial reporting for the MGe Amazon Account Team. Leverage CDMO team and tools to maximize automation and efficiency.
- Owns the analysis of promotional events, new item performance, Hero SKU assortment, and tentpole moments (Prime Day, Turkey 5, etc.).
- Maintains a strong understanding of each brand’s positioning within their category on Amazon along with contributing factors to market share changes and competitive dynamics.
- Partners closely with eNational Account Manager as well as multi-functional stakeholders (Amazon Customer Experience Manager, Supply Chain, Catalog Analyst, and eCategory Insights and Brand business development).

- Leverages data-driven results: Must be data driven and have strong analytical skills. Able to diagnosis and then articulate the business drainers and drivers through the use of data.

- A scrappy self-starter: Anticipate and identify root causes of business performance – good or bad – while showcasing the agility to harmonize data from multiple sources and tools.
Technical Expertise & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year relevant business experience within an analytics-focused role.
- Have the ability to synthesize information and create a clear synopsis of findings to multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced math and analytical skills, fluency in one or more of the follow Microsoft Excel, Power BI and/or Tableau.
- A highly motivated individual that possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in the prescience of ambiguity.
- Ensure timeliness, attention to detail, and accuracy in all tasks.

Salary Range: $63,000 -$86,600 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
