Branch Manager-Seattle/Mount Vernon

This role encompasses full P&L responsibility for 2 locations, generating a total of approximately $30M in annual revenues, with 20 employees. The Seattle branch (Renton, WA) is primarily focused on large commercial construction, while the Mount Vernon location is entirely focused on Oil and Gas refinery business. As such, this position will offer a unique opportunity to service several different market segments (verticals). The ideal candidate for this role will have significant leadership and industry experience in management roles.

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, motivation, direction and training to branch team to serve customers profitably.

Meet or exceed total sales, GE sales, net income and asset management targets.

Responsible for branch operations and growth.

Knowledgeable and current about markets served, customers, vendors and competitors.

Work as a team player with Gexpro partners, functional partners and colleagues.

Provide superior customer service to become #1 or #2 at direct serve customers.

Requirements

Ability to manage P&L operation.

Experience developing and implementing sales strategies.

Demonstrated knowledge of wholesale electrical distribution industry.

Demonstrated sales and operations experience in electrical distribution.

Good presentation skills.

Strong communication skills & ability to share information.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

BS/BA degree

Desired:
MBA

2-4 years leadership experience

Greenbelt Certification

PC skills .

Training program graduate
